A wide range of day trips from various starting points to Molyvos are available (organized mainly by travel agencies) to tourists wishing to visit the town either by taking a boat trip, a coach trip or by car hire.
Fishing is the favorite pastime of visitors who can hire boats with local fishermen as
their guides. Donkey rides and horseback riding tours along the many paths in the vicinity
of Molyvos are also available.
